Mi experiencia en este lugar no fue para nada buena, fui clienta por muchos meses pero nunca me sentí bien atendida porque las cajeras son muy antipaticas y groseras, la atención en este lugar es horrible y la mujer que atiende en la pastelería ni se diga!! Les falta mucha calidad para atención al cliente en este lugar y los precios son altisimos
La atencion en este lugar es horrible, las cajeras atienden con pereza y la mayor parte del tiempo son groseras y la señora que esta en el lugar de la pasteleria ni se diga, una mujer despota y con una pesima atencion, era clienta regular de aca pero debido a esto y a los precios tan altos decidi no volver, ir alla se siete como si le estuvieran regalando a uno las cosas por la manera en que atienden.

I’ve been a regular customer at the SuperFresh Clifton location for years, often picking up lunch from the hot bar multiple times a week with my wife. Unfortunately, after what happened this past Saturday, I’m not sure we’ll be returning.
While I was at work, my wife and three children went grocery shopping. To our shock and dismay, they were targeted by the store’s loss prevention officer. My wife and kids were followed from aisle to aisle throughout their entire shopping trip. The officer’s behavior was blatant—he stayed as close as 10 feet to my family, making them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Meanwhile, other customers shopped freely without being scrutinized.
This experience left my wife feeling afraid to even touch items for fear of being accused of theft. She was embarrassed, angry, and upset, and she came home in tears. This situation has deeply affected our family, and it saddens and angers me that this happened.
I’ve spent the last two days trying to speak with the General Manager to ensure that this complaint is taken seriously. This kind of profiling should not be happening. For context, my wife is Jamaican, and I am Dominican. I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.
I’ve also heard from other sources that this particular loss prevention officer has a history of this behavior at SuperFresh. This is unacceptable.

Today I went to buy Meat and I see a lady that works there opening all the Glass door and spraying Windex on the glass doors and all the windex landing on all the meat !!! It was disgusting I left without buying any meat there, and now this time I saw it, so imagine how many times they are doing this and no one has said anything!!!! This is UNHEALTHY AND SOMEONE SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS !!! Health Dept should definitely know about this !!
I give 1 star on the cashiers most of them are rude . First of all when it was turn for my items to be scanned they look at you in a bad way and do not even greet you . I looked like I worked there i had to say good morning to the girl and they just start talking with the other cashier and pay no attention to you . Also another complaint is that I was not told my total after everything was scanned and I had to ask the cashier how much was it . I like shopping here because of the calm atmosphere but when I go pay it’s a different vibe.
Tons of mixed reviews here with different expectations. It’s not Whole Foods, Uncle Guiseppe’s Trader Joe’s or D’agostino so reset your mindset. Prices are ok for what it’s worth but this is a Latin/ Caribbean focused grocery with foods and overall vibe that reflects that. With butchers on site, and well organized isles, you’ll find your flavors in here for well seasoned colorful meals
