I absolutely enjoyed my experience. My kids and I had a great time. We started at the Bistro and that was a great welcoming atmosphere. The waiter was so accommodating and friendly.

We had the pleasure of joining the tour on Oct 15. It was a worthwhile experience. I wish I remembered the name of the engaging guide. The story and the journey was so captivating. I initially intended to stick around only for a short time but loved the experience so much I forgot 🤣

The representation of black and other diverse cultures and art categories was great to witness. I especially liked the "feels like home" signage. It's been a while since I was able to get to the gallery due to health and lockdown ordeal (sigh). Getting an opportunity to rekindle my love for the arts experience at AGO definitely felt like home, especially after such a long time away.

The only thing I didn't like was the children's hands on experience areas are such a challenge to find. It seems to be dispersed throughout the gallery which is fun but tiring. My kids wanted to experience and better appreciate some areas but the crowd in some areas was too much - another day's journey.

At the close of my visit, I felt a sense of calm, exhausted (so much to see lol), and inspired.
