Had some Botox done and lip flip done here and was happy with results now that I’m at my two weeks. Elizabeth did a great job and was gentle with me. Will definitely come back for more treatments !
My first time visiting the Missisauga clinic and I felt very pleased with all the staff. Clinic was very clean and everyone was super nice and welcoming. Chelsea who was my nurse made me feel very comfortable and completed my Botox quickly and with no pain. Excited to see my results!!
Finally we spoke and went up the ladder and seems I spoke to the director of customer care Sarah Papgeorge … you would think she hold most value to the company and take clients as people … instead if there is any claim … they only see customer looking for $… is read being sincere and apologize…. My wife and have been going to this for over 7 years … spent thousands of $$$… and when they wake you badly… I really thought they have empathy or feelings when dealing with normal people …. If I were you I would try other companies as you may get lucky and they see you as a person or human not a cash cow…. Value your time as they value yours

Staff lack customer services and tour time is NOT important at all to them …$ is first then you are second or third … avoid at all cost going to this location
