Shakespeare Health Centre: GP practice in Hayes

A complaint was forwarded to the surgery regarding the poor care I received from the receptionist named Bavnhi due to her refusing to make a appointment for a 4 week old baby. I wrote an email regarding the poor care received from the above named receptionist and received apologies from the manager named KHALID Sultan. In the letter he stated that he was sorry regarding the struggle I had with the receptionist at the time trying to make a appointment and he also stated that he was to provide further training for the staff members

After 3 weeks to my suprise I received a letter from the same manager Khalid Sultan and in the letter he stated that he was removing from the GP list and then I received 4 other letters followed by different reasons lol
The manger named KHALID Sultan does not care about patients care because if you complain then he decides to remove you from the list

I will be taking the matter further because they were fully aware of the difficulties I was facing at the time with the receptionist and they were fully aware that I am waiting treatment for mental health but cancel my appointment and remove me from the list and I have now contacted all the appropriate organisations to make them fully aware of the situation and the event that had taken place between myself and the receptionist.

THIS IS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE SERIOUS MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND THEY end up Undiagnosed because of poor Management and adequate training for the receptionist staff members.

My visit to Shakespeare Health Centre was exceptional, thanks to Miss. Verma and Mr. Grover. They were both welcoming and highly professional, making me feel in good hands. Their attention to detail and passion for patient care stood out. Highly recommended for anyone seeking expert and caring medical attention.

Great Doctors in this surgery. Very helpful and provide a great level of service and care towards all their patients. Really pleased with the level of care towards my elderly parent.

By far the worse doctors I have ever been too. Both times my son has had his injections we’ve waited over 1 hour to be seen by the nurse and when we have gone in to room we’ve been in there for 45mins just getting an injection. I cancelled my last appointment as I’m dreading getting his vaccines as they take so long and when I cancelled it with 48 hours in advance the receptionist didn’t even cancel it so I got a message to say I have missed my appointment. It’s like they don’t understand you. We’ve been at this surgery for a few months and they have treated my mum with absolute no care. She’s on a controlled drug and this is the second time they have messed up her medication. They never respond to emails she’s had 3 appointments which she hasn’t heard from the doctor. Shes had 6 bloods test in the space of 2 or 3 weeks aspart as they don’t do the correct blood test. She’s been referred over to different care and when they provide the doctors with an update they don’t respond or know what is going on. My mum has to bombard the surgery with calls to chase up there jobs. This is absolutely disgusting and no way to treat someone. We will definitely moving to another surgery.

I had pain above the Crown Jewels was getting slightly concerned so contacted Shakespeare clinic within 24hrs I had my appointment. Dr jay sharma was warm friendly and made me feel at ease even over the phone he was correct in his diagnosis I had a slight tear damage running up into the groin area which was also causing slight discomfort in area of concern.
Nothing serious and walked away relived was over excretion on gym machine.

I completed an e-consultation form and received a call from Dr Verma in about an hour. Dr Verma is always very professional and remembers his patients. He listens carefully to the problem, provides advice and prescribes medication appropriately. Always feel re-assured after speaking to him.
