Never on time with repeat prescriptions which leads to me being unwell. Automated line is useless aswell get it sorted.
All the staff over the last 20 years have been amazingly kind, personal and professional. They have often gone the extra mile and their thoughtfulness is appreciated. The world would be an entirely different place if they were in charge! One more thing, they often feature in my wee gratitude journal ☺️
Very sorry to hear that dr coulter has retired, all my best to him and his family for the future.
