Not even sure what the point in this surgery is anymore considering you can never get through to them. Ring continuously from 8:30 and when you finally get through they hang up the phone. Useless

Worst service ever i have received from any hospital ,registered last year September and got mail from them saying they are not able to register me in December i again send them all the documents but they didn’t open my mail and today i called them for emergency and they said we have removed you from our records and they didn’t informed me then i personally went there and showed the mail and everything they have literally no answer for this that why they have unregistered me and its been 6 months they are not able to register me and now i am in extreme pain today and they are saying please comeback after 5 days when their regis. Team is back.
Such a irresponsible management
Horrible experience

Surprising to see that the nurse doesn't clean the skin surface with antiseptic wipes or with alcohol cotton before testing blood. When I asked about it she plainly said that we don't do it. Whereas when the same process was done by healthcare worker in the same clinic, she did clean and then pierced the needle into my arm.
I need to know from people, is it how it works?

Recently had to call this surgery for a family member what an absolute joke this place is the staff are micro managed by their reception manager only good thing she sounds like she will b in retirement soon.I am with a different local GP believe me there is much better dr surgerys near by I would advise you all look else where this is nothing to do with nhs like they claim all they did was complain about their 10k patients which they cant cope with.
