rude staff. bad service at all
Appointment at 6pm, when arriving at the clinic they said the appointment was cancel. The appointment was set thru WhatsApp and definitely the admin have a number but not informed about the cancellation. Arrangement have been made, taking a leave from work. Very frustrated.
For flu and tonsils i tot the charges were so high for rm100++. If with injection, i agreed for the charges. But if only medicines and consultations , the charges was not acceptable. Pls review your charges. I stay in a big city , bigger than jb, but the clinic charges are acceptable.
