Jonak - Les Halles

Very bad quality! 3/3 shoes were faulty! Very expensive products to be so faulty within a short period of time! Very nice shoes indeed, but definitely don’t worth it because they are of very bad quality! Don’t waste your money in this brand to buy such bad leather and quality! I have sent 2 emails so far for reimbursement because I couldn’t believe I wasted so much money to get faulty leather shoes and no one responded back! It’s a NO!

Jonak shoes are simply the best. Period. I bought two pairs of black patent Jonaks in Amsterdam; one brogues and the other platform baby dolls. They are gorgeous, modern and comfortable!!! I wear them a lot!! I love them!!!

Very bad experience, they sent wrong size and no one is attending my calls or even replying by email. Obviously it was last purchase from them.

Online costumer care is awful!
