Well my room kinda sucked. The coffeemachine didn't work, hairdryer didn't work, bluetooth speaker couldn't be found when turning on BT, couldn't connect to the TV/WiFi and in general the room looked nothing at all like on pictures; that being said the staff was friendly and the location is awesome. They also told me technical staff will go to the room so hopefully other guests experience is better. The bathroom was awesome and the bed was nice.

Got a lovely, relatively large room, on the ground floor, with walkout to a patio in the garden. Room was clean and well maintained. Receptionist helped with securing nearby parking. There was fruit flavoured water and fresh fruit available in the lobby every day. Lots of seating around the wide hallways, with interesting books on side tables. Very cozy, luxurious atmosphere.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a classy hotel in an antique building. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms are immaculate and the facility as a whole is a wonderful place to stay over night in.

Cyclist, this is a win for secure parking in a climate controlled environment which is the car and bike parking garage. The racks are bolted to the floor so a simple wire lock is perfectly ok. The staff is required to provide access in an out and they perform this task with a smile.

Once you leave the hotel, everything you need is within two blocks to include, food, clothing, groceries, historical buildings, and general entertainment.

A very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean and serviced well everyday. The location was in the heart of the city and was perfect for site seeing and travel to other areas. The breakfast was outstanding and had many food options. We will be back. The one downside was the shower that had no door! Even a half door would have kept the bathroom from being soaked and the floor slippery.
