Got a message just now saying they tried to deliver at 1:59 but I check the camera and there's no royal mail. Not one person from there its a joke 😒
Collected my package on Friday morning and it was a very pleasant experience there was nobody waiting and the man was very polite and friendly first time I’d collected anything from here and if ever I needed a collection point in future I’d definitely choose this place ever time!
60 minutes waiting no response. Postman sending a picture of a closed door saying parcel now delivered. Royal Mail as bad as Amazon.

I paid for sending a package with collection from my home. The postman from Deptford DO took my package, put a label on it, left it downstairs in my building and marked it as delivered 20m later (to an address in another country)
Royal Mail support told me I have to make a claim using the form which doesn't accept my tracking number (even though it works for their tracking page) and I'm unable to get a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card provider. Don't use Royal Mail Deptford DO if you care about the item you're sending.
