It’s been a nightmare on , arrived Manchester without my 2pcs suitcases. Was told to expect the next day. I kept chasing with Turkish airlines as GBS lines do not work . I received one of my bags after 1 week and informed the other had been returned to Manchester airport due address irregularities ( That’s so false as both bags were addressed to the same location ). It’s been 2 weeks now without a word from GBS ..My trip is ruined , I feel depressed.. - I urge a rep of GBS to kindly relief my stress and find my bag.

Still haven't got my delayed baggage till now and i dont know hot to report it

My suitcase was damaged when picked up from carousel.reported to GBS handlers who logged the damage and took pictures.the airline was qatar.i was told I would be contacted.after numerous calls to the humourously called Qatar customer services still no contact .being fobbed off by the Qatar airline customer service.beware when dealing with these unsympathetic people.

To be honest I was really skeptical when the staff there said "you'll get your lost luggage delivered the next day". But they actually sent it to me the next day.
Long story short, not pleasant when you lose your luggage, but pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of locating and delivering my lost luggage. 5 ⭐️

Rudest staff, lost my bag and delivered broken. Emailed about everything and didn't even get a simple sorry, not only are the staff at the airport AWFULL but the supervisors clearly couldn't care less about how their workers treat people. Clearly customer service skills are not necessary to get this job. I was asked 'why are you angry' after being told that they cant find my bag. They also lied about it being left in Warsaw when the whole time it was stuck in Heathrow because a bunch of IDIOTS couldn't locate the bag. There is no number for complaints or head office either.
