UNBELIEVABLE. Waited 7 HOURS because the staff gave out the wrong information which made us miss two trains. Ruined our vacation plans and had to wait for the next train… THE NEXT MORNING.

Leaving a positive review because I've only had good experiences here, staff members helpful and will try their best to resolve issues. On two occasions I have been served by the girl with the red hair (I'm sorry I haven't learnt your name) who understands my struggle with Italian and speaks perfect English. She has gone above and beyond to solve my problems, even at 8pm on a Friday night. Thank you for your hard work!

Worst customer service i have seen in a long time. Bored employees that may need 15 minutes to serve you and after that they ll probably need a break to relax. You can miss two trains while waiting for them
