Rang so many times for past week do not get through, when I turned up to get an appointment for my mum as noone answered for 4day met with rude staff having a laugh and giggle..a young girl was stood behind me he was intact 15mins early for her appointment got a message saying she's missed her appointment! She told the staff who just did not care never have I come across this kind of system
2 weeks i called them but line is busy no one lifting the phone then what’s the point of gp if they will not see the patient… worst health system
Can't get an appointment regardless what time you call. When you do get an appointment most Dr are extremely dismissive. Dr zia is extremely rude and stupid
This surgery is a disgrace. You can't call them, they're rude and obnoxious when you go to the desk and ask to see a doctor or nurse. They just flat out refuse to help, and become nasty. Their phones lines are not on. 2nd week trying to call them. Around 200 phone calls I've made and not got through. You can't book online. It needs to be shut down!
Unable to get an appointment at the surgery, on the phone and now I cant get an appointment online through PATCHES. This service is suppose to be accessible all the time, where we report our symptoms and someone prioritises the patients, however they only switch it on from time to time, which is stupid.
Today I got a message from Yasmin, assuming she works in the Admin Team asking what my symptoms were and I was unable to reply as she did not give me access. If my problem gets worse, I will just end up in A&E sat there for 12hours.

Can never get an appointment for me or my daughter . Last time I spent over an hour waiting to get through to be told I couldn't book an appointment and would have to try tomorrow. I've given up ever trying to get an appointment for myself and just ignore any issues I have but when it's for my daughter I just feel helpless. Tried to get life insurance to deal with them and even they gave up because the practice would not return any correspondence .
