I have had nothing but incredible support and advice from North Kensington, in fact my Dr has probably saved my life with a precautionary test, she is lovely to deal with and genuinely listens and cares about me. The practice is also well developed in providing information via digital apps which comes in handy when visiting hospital, filling in forms or getting a medical certificate. Long live the NHS.

Don’t waste your time and come to this clinic. It is obvious staff does not want to work or put in effort to help even in emergency situations.Never going back there again, clinic is empty, literally begging them for medical attention. Big waste of time.

It’s very bad medical service it’s not first time I ve got the problems with them . Even reception staff rude I feel like I calling to prison . Doctors never available even if you call 8 am . I get more help with local pharmacy. I will personally complain to council , because it’s too much

The doctors are very good but they need to change their receptionist Michelle. She is always not happy to help and rude. If you call over the phone for anything you need, you could tell from her unpleasant voice to help it's Michelle. There are other receptionists at this GP giving services and supports way better than her. I hope the doctors look into this ASAP.
