The staff here are amazing and I’ve always been able to speak to somebody if not by phone then using the econsult

In a time when the NHS is crumbling fast I have only received caring, professional and helpful advice from the reception staff to the Doctors. Yes I have been very frustrated with calling at 8am in the past to try to ask to be seen by a GP that day but when I have been able to speak to someone I have received the help that I needed.
They are all doing their very best in a ship that is slowly sinking fast thanks to our government.

Having dealt with another surgery for the last 3 months for the care of my mum it really put in to perspective just how wonderful a job these guys are doing.

From a reception team who actually listen and offer the most appropriate service for your needs, to medical professionals that take the time to review your case and follow your progress.

At a time when GPs surgeries are using covid as a way of delivering poor service these guys are absolutely smashing it.
