Really struggled to figure this lot out.

For starters - the metre in the lot was out of service and 1/4 of the lot was blocked due to construction.

Then, after registering my car reg and credit card details there was no where to pay on the website (so now they have my info for nothing???). I tried again with 2 different credit cards and nothing happened.

I called the number on the sign THREE TIMES and they kept transferring me to automated machine with instructions for sms payments. So I tried the number they told me to send the reg details and the message was undelivered EVERY-TIME.

We gave up but I am expecting a nice fine in the post.

Just think there’s no excuse for the difficulty in this day and age.

Horrible experience. I wasn’t able to register my new car by phone or website . Called the 0345 number and because it was a Saturday I was told I should call and pay them on Monday; which I did only to find out they are sending me a penalty charge notice. The staff were the rudest I have ever come across and hang up on me. My biggest sin was, me being civil and well mannered.
I am not using this car park ever again!

Pulled Into the carpark for a few minutes due to roadworks on the street to allow passenger safe exit. Fine via post 2 weeks later, I appealed, apologising and offered to pay for 1hrs parking, this was refused. 5 months later i have been issued a Civil court claim for a disproportionate amount. This company is a disgrace, park here at your peril and be prepared for a scam company with zero integrity.
