Staff at the billing Counter is busy with his own work that he is not interested in taking orders Asks me to scan and order. For just 2 cups of coffee where I have to download app and do the orders .... pathetic service. We left without ordering.
Great service and coffee, I come here almost every day. Great place to work from. I recently got a coffee tasting session from the team. Great demonstration and code by Bharat.
The quality and quantity of food and service were incredible... The Ambience was peaceful and pleasant.

Third Wave is the most reliable coffee chain in Bangalore, there's no competition.
Every pour they do is consistent, the ambiance is great in every location, and the MG Road one is no different.
It might just be one of the best TWCs actually.
The staff is knowledgeable, they know what they are serving and are aware of the equipment they use, which is impressive given that most restaurant/cafe baristas and waiters don't.

One thing that Third Wave guarantees is consistency of quality and the Church Street outlet does not disappoint either. The food is good, coffee great. This particular outlet is little crammed for space and has instead grown in height. However, it continues to provide the space where one can be comfortable and indulge in writing or reading while sipping on to their favourite beverage.
It’s the best. Definitely above starbucks. Food was just amazing.
