I wanted to share my recent experience with Dr. Samir's clinic. Although Dr. Samir is great, I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Dorothy. Yesterday, I requested my medical records and was told that they would be available for pickup today. However, when I arrived, Dorothy informed me that they were not ready due to a printer issue. When I asked if she could email them to me instead, she said that my records were too large to send via email. It's 2024, and exporting documents into a PDF and sending them via email is not that complicated, especially for someone who works in front of a computer. It would have been better if she had informed me of the issue beforehand so that I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas. Overall, I was disappointed with the service provided by Dorothy.

Has been my doctor since a kid, my entire family he takes care of. He’s almost part of the family. Awesome clinic with great professional staff.
