I highly recommend Bradley and Doctor Tim. Sorry I can't remember Tim's last name. Bradley is an excellent specialist nurse. I had amazing care.

Came here and had to wait FIVE hours to be seen. They told me I was next and kept putting people in front of me. Only got seen when I made a fuss. Then I paid $175 and that’s all that was advertised. Now a month later they have charged me $360 for ‘labs’. Absolutely nobody disclosed this. Not the receptionist, the doctor or the nurse. How was I supposed to know this? Even the poster on the wall didn’t say this. I went to a private gynaecologist before, and I paid one fee for the consultation, labs etc. I was a foreign national then too so where has this fee come from? Come here if YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. Everyone was so angry there for having to wait as well. A lady with a baby had been there waiting since 8am (at 4pm).
Update: The credit administrator (Tahseen) sorted out my complaint about the lab fees very quickly (within 24 hours and got them removed). She also refunded me $40 as I was overcharged by the receptionist initially. So grateful to her!

I am absolutely appalled and unbelievably disappointed with the customer service at this clinic. I’ve been coming to this clinic ever since i was born & this place just continues to get progressively worse everyday. i initially had an appointment booked in june for accutane which requires a certain doctor to prescribe it. i called a couple of days before this appointment to say i couldn’t make the appointment and if i could have another one at a later date, preferably the next week. the doctor was only available a whole month later!! which i had no choice but to wait. the receptionist cancelled my appointment over the phone, gave me the doctor’s next available date and provided me different times that i could have my appointment. i chose 3.15. today, after a whole month later (of waiting), i take time off work to make this appointment for the receptionist to say that i don’t have an appointment booked and my initial appointment that i had a month ago, was cancelled - DUH! how else do you think it was cancelled?? i called up and rescheduled!!! so basically she said i would have to wait in the queue if i wanted to see the doctor; bare in mind there was 17 people ahead of me in the queue and it was already 3.30pm. when i asked if i could be put ahead in the queue as it’s unfair i have to wait for a mistake that wasn’t mine, she said no; that either i wait or she books me in for another appointment. so now i’m waiting another week just to be seen after already waiting for a WHOLE MONTH. why should i have to wait and suffer the consequences of someones incompetence????? also, may i add, whenever i call on the phone to make an appointment, the staff are so rude, blunt and just lack empathy all round. you’d think that dealing with sick people, urgent situations and being people-facing, empathy, compassion and good listening skills would be a MUST at a doctors clinic. Doctors Onehunga? clearly NOT. I work in the health sector and this is actually disgusting with how they deal with patients. surely by the amount of terrible 1 star reviews, something would be done about this all. not to mention, im embarrassed with myself that i keep returning back to here. i think because i’ve been coming here since i was a baby, it would get better - im always wrong.
no fair solution was provided for me. im pissed off that i’ve lost money at work either because i took time off just to make this appointment only to be turned away and offered stupid options. i refuse to pay for my next booked in appointment next week since i’ve lost money at the cost of someone else’s mistake.

Yet again a woeful experience. Never paid so much for something so bad. I rang Greenlane white cross 3-4 hour wait here 30 minutes but there’s a reason. Terrible treatment doctor literally answered a call in the middle of consult, reception staff more interested in chatting than helping. Nurse was the one bright spot. I would avoid unless absolutely desperate

After over three hours I decided to ask for a refund of $52 for a GP consultation! I have a sneaking suspicion that the two Indian admin girls kept swapping my name to the bottom of the walk in list?… they stared at me the whole time I was there (3 hours) and kept smirking! That in itself was truly irritating! To turn up in the morning and still be there in the afternoon is a reflection of the way staff are running this practice! A GP consultation is usually no more than 15 minutes!
I will be moving forward and onward elsewhere!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with the reception customer service at the doctor's office in Onehunga over the phone. I called to schedule an appointment, but the receptionist was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. They were abrupt and seemed annoyed by my questions, providing minimal information and making the process much more difficult than it needed to be. I was put on hold multiple times without explanation, and when they finally got back to me, their attitude was dismissive. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a medical facility. I hope they take steps to train their staff on proper phone etiquette and customer service.

Very poor customer service from the rude receptionist lady with a tattoo on her forearm, clearly the staff here need more training. your work experience means nothing if you have zero empathy for sick people that need urgent care. Don't even bother coming here take your money elsewhere!
