The staff initially informed us that dogs were allowed, and we ate there the night before and enjoyed the experience, hence why we wanted to return. We were greeted well by the same staff the night before, and our order was taken, only for the manager or staff (a different woman) To come rudely and aggressively and then say no. in a non-polite way and call her staff stupid. We completely understand if the owner wants dogs outside the establishment. (Even though they were allowed before.) However, you politely ask the customers to leave, instead of shouting at customers and staff aggressively.
My worst experience in kata Phuket. Thai bar owner aggressively shouted at customers and staff for no reason, literally threw customers on the street and was extremely rude. Came here for dinner had a lovely experience, came the next day for breakfast and a Thai lady shouted at us aggressively and forced us to leave even though we had ordered and sat down, because we had a small dog with us. The night before the staff explained we could bring our dog and were super polite. Next day, this thai women screamed at her staff calling them stupid and then aggressively told us to leave. Honestly such a abusive and aggressive behavior, I was genuinely scared of this women's temper. I would highly recommend to avoid this establishment, their treatment of staff and customers is simply outrageous. Never had such a bad customer experience in Asia and I've been living here for 8 years. Shocking shocking. Avoid this place.
