Caring, compassionate and efficient. Took my daughter to minor injuries today. We were in, triaged, treated and received the required medication within an hour.
The waiting time is too long even if the waiting area is empty. We have had to wait a couple of hours for a wound to be closed.
Both hospitals, Royal Gwent and Grange are useless!! I don't recommend at all!!

I got to my pregnant wife's appointment 15 minutes late that too because of the lack of parking in the hospital and they refused to see my wife and they were speaking to us in such a loud voice that we were feeling really embarrassed. I never thought that hospitals in the UK will do such a thing with a pregnant female.
2.5 year waiting list for cataract operation in Wales,had numerous falls, don’t feel safe outside and basically told “tough “ . My optician has written three times. Now asking my doctor if I can be referred to England who have much lower waiting time.
Can't praise them more. My wife went in today with a fractured arm. Took 3 hours from start to finish. All the staff she dealt with were brilliant.

I've had 2 visits here, one for a post op consultation which went brilliantly. The second I was referred by 111 as I messed my knee up and thought I'd be waiting ages, but no I was seen promptly, then x-rayed pretty quickly and seen afterward too... All the staff lovely and friendly, top notch facility, a real credit to NHS.
