If I could rate it a 0 I would. 18 quid to place your car in a space with no visible staff and no toilets for 2 hours. The scum that own this barely maintained building should be ashamed of themselves.
I would not give this car park any stars but had to give one to be able to post. To start with it smells. We parked here as I was having problems with my feet and it was close to The New Theatre. Parked just over three hours. I was horrified at the cost, £23.80!!! I will never park here again.
I suspect I’ll get the same response from the company as others which is meaningless, just clean up and slash your prices please.

5-6 hours parking cost over £32!!! I've never used an NCP with such a ridiculous rate. If this had been clearly visible on arrival we would of left immediately. NCP might not always be the cheapest option but you usually know where you are with them... this place is relying on the brand name to rip people off!

Never ever park here!!! They deliberately use confusing payment signs saying you can pay on the app but when you scan the QR code it takes you round and round in circles and you cannot pay. I tried to find someone to help but there was obviously no one around to help. I had to get my 5 year old out of the car in the rain to go back to the payment Machine and was charged £23.89 for 3 hours and 38 minutes. It’s absolutely disgusting and caused a lot of stress. I have emailed them and asked for a refund but I am not holding out much hope. Can’t believe they can get away with this

Paid 17.85 to park here for 2 hours and 37 minutes. When payment was made I received a notice to say I had 10 minutes to leave the car park. At peak time, this was impossible. I was sat in a queue of cars on the ground level for over 30 minutes. Cars were still trying to enter and it was a constant battle of manoeuvring to allow cars in as the queue that had formed was now blocking cars accessing the upper levels.
I was parked on the 3rd floor and used the very small lift with my son in a stroller and my daughter who is 2. We just about fit - no access for disabled or full size prams. Also, when you exit the lift on the ground level you have to then get down 4 steps (workme currently working on the steps too, making it more difficult). When I exited the lift to return to my car with my children, I was met by 2 boys smoking marijuana in the stair well with their dog - lovely big cloud of smelly smoke.
Then, to add to my already lovely experience of NCP, today I received a fine in the post to tell me that I didn’t pay for my parking - LOL.
Will never park here again and would recommend that nobody does. Extortionate prices for limited parking times - followed by even more expensive fines even when you do pay, tiny spaces, unkept, no access for families or disabled, unsafe as apparently anyone can access it and use it for any number of reasons, and a nightmare to get out as you have to cross traffic to exit so at peak times you can expect a very long wait.

Thieves legalized elevators that have not been used for months, disabled people have done it, 4 hours 32.5 pounds and there is no indication of the rates before going to pay!

Aucun problème d'automate.
Concernant les odeurs d'urine c'est partout même en France; je trouve même que c'est très faible l'odeur.. Ascenseur qui fonctionne, tout fonctionne dans ce parking, je ne comprends pas les avis.
