wagamama manchester t2

My wife received her meal and ate it. After 20 mins I asked where my meal was. The server failed to chase it up so I never received it.
However they still tried to charge me!
I refused and the bill was amended without so much as an apology!!!
That poor service reflects on the whole company. It was disgusting the way I was treated, hence will I never enter a Wagamama again.
Utterly disgusted.

Never again !
After a complaint (3/4 of bowl left with only rice)the waitress still charges you for the full amount !
If you like to search for meat/chicken between your rice you can go there.
Please do not go when youre hungry !!

After i paid spoke to the manager who told me they can't give money back when you allready paid (because of the airport location)
They offered a voucher but i refused that because it's unlikely i will eat there again.

So finally filled in a complaintform and hope for the best !!
