Amazing quick and easy service on multiple occasions, my phone screen was extremely cracked and they managed to fix it within 10-15 minutes. As well as supplying accessories for my iPad and MacBook at a really good price. Couldn’t be more grateful, and I’ll definitely use again for any future issues.

My partner and I had previously gone to a different shop who were going to charge him £60 !!! For a “new speaker” when all it needed was a CLEANING, outrageous however we went to phone plus and the very friendly gentleman did it for FREE and we bought a very secure case, highly recommended this place friendly staff and great service and genuine honesty.

I would not use another phone shop. They are not pushy, service is always excellent. Purchased a Galaxy S21+ and today a iPhone 13. The owner of the shop asks questions to help you choose rather than saying if you could spend another £400/500 you could have this one. Other phone shops could learn from this one.

They have a good service and I have always found them helpful in the technological side of things, their products are reliable and even used models look like new.

We were on holiday in the Worcester area and had a problem with the charging port on my iPhone. I went into Phone Plus to try to buy an air aerosol to blow out anything that might be in the port. The owner said “ Let me have a look” and then proceeded to clean out the port for me. He didn’t charge me anything although I did give him something as I would have had to pay if I was in my home town.
So, what can I say. Top marks to this little shop. 10/10

Bought a phone from them in November, by January the phone was almost useless. When I looked at it in the shop the phone was almost perfect. 3 months later and the battery health has gone down way quicker than in any other phone I’ve owned, implying that it’s not an issue from my end. In addition to this the camera has stopped working properly, despite there being no damage done from my end, implying that there was something that was “fixed” very badly so that I was sold a phone that was broken but appeared “fine” in store. Really poor customer service as when I took the phone in complaining, the guy told me it was all my fault, first even denying that I got the phone from them. They wouldn’t do anything to help me. Really terrible shop, wouldn’t ever go there again.
