Bought a phone from them in November, by January the phone was almost useless. When I looked at it in the shop the phone was almost perfect. 3 months later and the battery health has gone down way quicker than in any other phone I’ve owned, implying that it’s not an issue from my end. In addition to this the camera has stopped working properly, despite there being no damage done from my end, implying that there was something that was “fixed” very badly so that I was sold a phone that was broken but appeared “fine” in store. Really poor customer service as when I took the phone in complaining, the guy told me it was all my fault, first even denying that I got the phone from them. They wouldn’t do anything to help me. Really terrible shop, wouldn’t ever go there again.
