The worst parking company ever, I am Marin tower monthly parker.
I had a designated tandem stall and someone parked behind me so I could not get out since I was blocked. I called Propark and nobody answered the phone. I got the cell number from The security guard and I called them, they did not provide the towing company to tow and were very rude. I called so many times and asked to tow the car away and they never sent it. I waited more than an hour, even the security guard called them on behalf of me. I walked home and reported the very next day to the state representative who is in charge of the state parking facility.
