A must visit in Munich. There were about 130 rooms to tour through, all of which are filled with opulent furniture and decorations. You can spend 2-3 hours in here and all at the low cost of 10 euros for the entrance fee. We had a blast looking at everything and there was no wait and barely any other visitors inside (off peak season however).
Very beautiful place that worth visiting. You can have an audio guide that takes 2-3 hours to see everything, but you can move faster if you want. We bought the tickets on the spot and we didn’t reserve in advance even on the weekend.
A very impressive palatial residence in the centre of Munich. Entry is €10 and it takes a couple of hours to go round, more if you listen to the audioguide in every room (available free in multiple languages). There are also signs in German and English with a brief description of each room. Every room is ornately decorated, but it does become a little bit samey after a while. Worth the money, but it's good not great.
It's beautiful! The audio tour takes 2-3 h but you can also opt out and browse the rooms as every room has a placket with info which we found sufficient. This way took us about 1h. It is worth visiting!
What a great museum!! It’s incredible inside! Rich place. Definitely worth to visit when you are in Munich. But chose together with royal treasury. Crowns, swords, and other incredible treasures are there to enjoy seeing before the palace.
An interesting building, but overall a bit of a letdown. I would not queue for entry. It took us about an hour to go through the whole place, the audio guide was far too detailed to be interesting so we ended up not listening to anything beyond the first few rooms. The audio guide is free and available in many languages.

Gorgeous! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Munich. €9 per adult for just the palace not including the theatre. Didn’t have enough time for everything but would’ve loved to see it all. However for the palace on its own the trip is 100% worth it. Took about an hour to see the whole thing and the included audio guide was excellent.
