Seems like the speciality of this shop is unkindness, rudeness, overpriced (by taking extra money from tourists). The owner even yelled at customers. Make sure you stay away from this shop for better experiences in Korea.

The experience was quite rushed, especially with there being no one else in there; would have been nice to have more time to peruse.
The lady who helped me put the dress on was very good and helped made sure it fit nicely.
Hair was done great, and she was gentle

When we returned however, someone else was there and simply told us we were late, which I was aware of and was happy to pay the additional charge as per the hire rules, and then pulled the clips out of my hair as quickly as possible.
There was no one else in the shop. No one waiting to be helped, so the need to rush and pull my hair was unnecessary.
The dress was beautiful, and the experience was fun, but I would suggest other shops and this was not a great experience with the shop itself.

The salesperson was extremely rude. When doing my hair, she was also very careless and hurt me. seller looked down on the renters. never recommend this place. Also price is more expensive than those places inside.

Very rude staff. How the lady at the reception behaved with the tourist. Aweful. We r paying and on top of that they r screaming. And talking in their own language among themselves. Absolute a no go place. They r so rude and uncourteous. Not recommended

Despite other great reviews, their price is different we paid for 50,000 won for 2 girls for 2 hours, thought it would include make up for my girls. But the hair and make would be extra. They thought my daughter was a boy too. Try to laugh at it. They never ask for your choices. Their kids option is kind of dull. We must come in wrong day with different employees!!! Could I rate 0 star???
