After reading reviews I decided to take my wife on a date for our last night in Istanbul. Food was great as mentioned in reviews, however, service was another story. From the second we got seated we were told repeatedly that kitchen is about to close, even though I had called in to check if kitchen would be open for our 10pm seating. The waiter made it so uncomfortable, rushed us to order and informed us while ordering that our soup, apps and entrees would come out altogether. After we told him to his face that he is stressing us out with his anxiety he informed us it’s the kitchen not me. We didn’t even want to order dessert bc we felt uncomfortable and rushed so much so we couldn’t even use the restroom on our way out. Ended up going elsewhere to have our dessert in peace, drinks and use their restroom. To top it all off he tried to get us to pay in cash for the bill making an excuse his machine was down. Don’t know if people understand exchange rate but $300 dollars in Turkish currency is equivalent to two pocket loads of Turkish lira. Yup sorry just don’t walk around anywhere with that much cash.

The atmosphere was nice, the interior was beautiful. The main courses we got (Kuzu Pirzola, Noir Soslu Kalburabastı) were standard but the side salad was especially amazing the dressing was one of the best I ever had in my life. The bread was also fresh and very tasty. The sides were better than the main courses we got :)
