Avoid - not safe! The pedestrian entrances are out of order causing customers to have to walk in the vehicle entrance. A weekend day rate of £4.95 was advertised but I was charged £6.95. In addition the pay machines are not signposted and hidden, the contactless pad was not working, the app does not allow auto fill from saved cards or Apple Pay.
huge parking very easy if you have NCP app to pay also in the main heart of city center hotels restaurant and shopping mall are on the edge of parking but i was confused where the mentioned booked references in many lines on the ground new person will be confused either that line shows its booked by some one any way its help us to discover liverpool for at least three hrs ...two hrs parking im not sure but was on 2.20£ and 8 hrs nearly 5£.
I wish I could give them zero stars. Awful, avoid ! Locked outside with no signs to direct you to alternative entrances. The pedestrian entrance panel wasn't working to let us in. This has been mentioned in the comments so many times but still they haven't changed anything! Stupidity
A cave with white lines on the floor, this place is awful! Had to walk down the car ramps to avoid the dingy stair labyrinths. No pedestrian access to get back in, locked doors, lifts that don't lead to the exits, no signs. The worst.
Terrible. It doesn't take cash so you have to use the machines, but they were broke. Forced to register an account and download an app just to park. It says also £4.95 to park all day when using app, but that's a lie and it cost £11 for 3 hours. Bays are also tiny. Avoid.
