A three stars for this place is fair, food is great the only thing that is missing is the pleasant service.

It took them about a year to open in Recklinghausen but they're finally in business.
Was the wait worth it? Well I think so. I went for lunch and ordered the Classico menu. For my €8.50 I got a good looking burger, a good portion of fat cut fries, and a coke in a classic glass bottle.
It's a fat burger, but one that you can still get your hands and mouth round. Very juicy first bite into a delicious self made pate, crunchy salad and good sauce.
What also went down well with me is that they'd got the balance right with the contents of the burger and how much sauce they'd used. I could actually eat it without sauce and everything else in the bun trying to run out all over my fingers.
To test consistency I went back again the next day but in the evening and ordered the same menu. I wasn't disappointed as it was cooked, assembled and presented exactly as my first one.
So all in all a great burger and well worth the price. So why just 4 out of 5 stars? Because their furniture is not very comfortable. The seating is stylishly made from old pallets, but unfortunately is far less enjoyable to sit on than look at. Also the table is so light and slippery on the floor that one touch of your leg or foot will have it flying away from you. Nothing that some cushions for the seats and some rubber feet on the tables couldn't cure.
