We stay in a hotel and staff were super professional and friendly. The supervisor Mahsa was checking every day to make sure we are happy and everything is ok with our stay. The kiymet was super clean and every day very professional helping and keeping our room tidy and clean. I really recommend this hotel for all travellers.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have been to. They may seem fancy from the outside but their service was beyond horrible. I was travelling with my husband and 3 kids (5,3 and 3 month old) back in April. We booked a room with 3 beds. Once we got to the hotel they refused to let us check in because we couldn’t have 5 people in the room. I understand if it’s 5 adults but I have an infant a toddler and small kid. My kids do NOT sleep in their own room let alone their own bed. They only way we could check in is if we booked another room. Like are u kidding me? U expect me to put my toddler and baby into another room?

Extremely rude, didn’t help in any way possible. We travelled all the way from Canada with 3 small kids exhausted and they did nothing. Huge disappointment.. we found a hotel near by eventually. Sura design wouldn’t even help us with our luggage as it was raining outside and we had kids. We were polite the whole time and these guys towards the end pretended we weren’t there and kept ignoring us. Disgusting

I have travelled to many countries and stayed at numerous hotels. They may be rated 5 star but their service was below a 1 star.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sura Design Hotel & Suites in the heart of Istanbul, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The hotel’s central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.
The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, with beautifully designed rooms that offered stunning views of the city. Every detail was carefully considered, from the plush bedding to the high-end toiletries, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They provided excellent recommendations and were always available to assist with any request. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Istanbul.

I had an excellent 10-day stay at Sura Design Hotel and Suites - Boutique Class in Istanbul. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and spacious. The staff, especially Tita, was
outstanding.

The location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the park. My room was large and comfortable with a clean bathroom. The hotel offers a spa and pool. Breakfast was classic and good.

Highly recommended for a comfortable stay with great service in a prime Istanbul location.

A unique property in the heart of the action in Istanbul. Close to all of the major attractions and public transport. Our first visit to Istanbul and we spent 3 nights at this fabulous. The room was great and the staff were all very polite, friendly and welcoming who really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable both in the reception and at breakfast. Breakfast buffet was really awesome! The location was fantastic, only a short walk to all main tourist attractions. The concierge was very helpful in arranging tourism tours in English. We took two tours one for two each days. The Guides at both tours were superbly organized, very informative and the real pleasure was we were able to cover all the attractions and locations of Asia/West sides of Istanbul. Sura Design Hotel in general, made our visit a real pleasure! We highly recommend it!!! Thank you.
