Great location! It’s my number one place to stay when in Amsterdam. Close to all the best shops, restaurants and isn’t too far from other neighbourhoods in Amsterdam.
The rooms are great. Stylish, modern and cosy. Selection of food and drink from Lotti’s is delicious.

I had an issue with housekeeping but management was able to come to a satisfactory resolution.
The rooms were nice but cozy, as the name of the room size suggests. The bathroom door was glass and let a bunch of light in early in the morning as the shades in the bathroom didn’t close completely. If that bothers you I'd bring an eye mask.
Coffee service at the bar was a little slow but employees were friendly.
One bright spot was when the front desk found out at check in that it was my birthday and she pulled out a bottle of sparkling wine for us.

The room was good, only thing is that there isn’t a closet so they just had a rack with 6 coat hangers. It wasn’t a big issue. There is a mini fridge in the room with complementary water, soda, and milk and you can grab more of those for free at anytime from the front desk. Hotel was very clean, amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, and walkable to pretty much anything! Highly recommend it!
Great, a fantastic hotel in all aspects. Our room was good sized and very quiet. had breakfast every day at the restaurant, and enjoyed it. The avocado toast was really good. They also played good music in the bar/lounge area, which was a great place to plop down during the day. And, what made the whole experience truly amazing was the kind, patient and helpful staff. Loved our stay!!
