Loved the place.
Location is near from airport
Service was top class
Well maintained facility
The best part was food x3 meals were wonderful.
If you visited this hotel don’t forget to take the shuttle bus to THE LAND OF LENGENDS at least twice (morning once, evening once)
Even bikes you can find
Just one last thing, there’s is one bar which serve Starbucks coffee in which included in the hotel fees

To summarize, great vacation :)
Rooms are good standard with mini bar being refreshed daily and bathroom having all the amenities possible (possible improvements could be having the room service done more quicker). Lobby services and pool services are amazing with staff being very friendly and quick to offer any services, and the location is superb with McDonald’s only being a 10 minute walk away and the grand bazaar being only a 10 minute drive. Land of legends with the free shuttle service is only 45 minutes away, but all coaches are fully air conditioned and comfortable. A great stay.
Comfortably the best hotel I've been to in Europe, and I've been to many. Service was first class from the first day to the last. Staff attentive to your every need, kind and food and drink are immaculate. Free bus to land of legends, reasonable taxi prices to Old Market and Guest relations/reception service is on point. Room could do with earlier cleaning, but hardly a show stopper.
Will come again for sure. If you're wondering whether this would be a worthy hotel to go to for your first trip to Turkey, don't hesitate, jump in with both feet, you won't regret it!

Pool was very clean. But I'm giving it 4 stars because of the beach. In the elevator, there is almost NO AIR. And the bust timing from the beach - hotel is weird. But the view is so beautiful. When I go onto the balcony, I just immerse in to the view. The shower was relaxing. I would recommend this if you do anything for a beautiful view at the beach. Sadly the beach is artificial.
Holiday went awesome, the room was beautiful and the cleaning was great. The food was very tasty and we really liked the desserts. The pool was very clean and beautiful with a 16+ area for adults. The beach was very close and we could use the free bicycle services to get there. Thanks to Victoria from guest relations for helping us with the bikes. Would recommend!
Absolutely excellent resort - service, food and rooms were up to the standard I expected at this resort. Staff often went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable and were always happy to help when asked. The food was always wonderful no matter what day it was. The pool and beach facilities are lovely and there is always space to sit - it’s not like other resorts or places that are crowded. Land of legends was interesting to visit, plenty of things to do although it was quite busy when we went, it was July so that is to be expected. Overall would definitely recommend coming to this resort and I would definitely be coming again, probably next year but for a longer period of time so I can properly get the most out of all the facilities they have to offer!
