I was in the hotel 10 days ago for one week.
I really enjoyed staying there.
My kids were going to the swimming pool without me because I knew the guy in the swimming pool "Samir" would take care of them with continuous supervision. Really special thanks to him.
Mary in the restaurant is always the best. She always take care of us and bring my kids the hot chocolate because she knew they love it.
Sohel and Ahmed are very welcoming too.
Majed in the reception is very helpful.
I noticed that the hotel changed the shampoo and the body wash... Actually, the past shampoo was better and had better foam.
We took a suite and it was pretty good.
But the club on the 8th floor needs to improve.
There is no refill for the snack, and if they refill it, it will be after our demand and take more than one hour!!
Unfortunately, there is no continuous supervision there
The hotel's location is excellent.
I recommend staying there.

To the people at breakfast buffet thank you! Well the buffet breakfast is so nice with variety of food. Personal favorite though is their different types of croissants and breads! I love it!

Chef Rafik - love those freshly made cheese omelette ⭐️

This hotel is really nice, especially the bed rooms and bathrooms are very clean and familiar. The behavior and service of the employees is very good, especially one of the workers Mohammad Bashir is very good and friendly and very clean. I really liked the food, the price, the service of the staff. I will come again.
I have stayed at the Rosh Rayhaan many times, and it has always been extremely pleasant. The location is convenient, the service is great and the staff are very professional. The rooms are spacious, and the gym is well equipped. There is a very nice breakfast that is staffed by the very attentive Mary at the front and Chef Rafik at the hot station. I highly recommend this hotel.
