Our experience with this resort is as following:
1. Top villas/ Jeeves properties canceled our reservations 3 days before our arrival date. With it being so short notice we did not have an option to switch our living accommodations.
2. The hvac system here hasn't been serviced in over a year.. the reason we know is because it was over 80 degrees at 10pm and had to call a hvac technician to come service it... we have 4 children under 5..
3. The team tried to fix the issue by adding the hottub feature.. which was very appreciated. However we had to call about getting it turned on several times (took 2 technicians and 2 days to get it on)...
4. The theater feature at this house has been nonfunctional since we got here... no one even checked to see if it was working before transferring us into this unit.... this issue still hasn't been resolved... and I've called about it every morning.
5. The amount of issues and the lack of communication on these issues is been unacceptable. I've tried to contact a manager several times and the staff has continuously told me there's no manager on the clock at the momment..... THAT IS WILD.
