Spa environment is nice, staff very friendly. I gave a 3 rating as I had a massage and unfortunately my therapist was having some kind of allergy issue and was sniffing, snorting and blowing nose entire time during my service. I did not relax at all, was wondering if hands were being sanitized after each nose blow. My hot stone portion of massage was barely that. I spoke with manager after service (I even felt bad not having a completely positive review but felt they needed to know) - she was very apologetic, i was given a small discount , felt it should have been more but I wasn’t going to argue.

Amenities are wonderful and my massage was excellent. Staff was personable and friendly. I think having appetizers selections at pool past 2pm should be offered. The sauna wasn’t working when we were there but the staff acted quickly and kept us updated. It would help when you pay your bill and check out if the staff could alert valet that you are leaving, I waited several minutes for my car. I will definitely go back!

Absolutely incredible experience!! Normally I run to Ritz for a lovely Spa Day with my girls, but we now have a new closer home that has all the bells and whistles! The staff was exceptional and assisted with a full tour of the facility and all the amenities! Had a lovely massage treatment and headed to the private Spa Pool which had full bar and food service! We ordered some Champagne and some lunch! The weather was a bit cold, but the way that the pool is set up we couldn't feel any wind, so we had a great time! Sauna and Steam room were beautifully made and overall we had a wonderful day! Highly recommended!! We will be back.

I had 2 great weekends in a row at the Alfond Inn Spa. I had the most amazing experience with Tammy for both a facial and massage! She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional. The facial left my skin glowing and refreshed, while the massage was deeply relaxing and just the right pressure. Tammy’s warm and calming presence made the entire session even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for top-notch care and relaxation. I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her!

I spent a fabulous Saturday at the spa. My facial by Stacy was one of the best I think I’ve ever had. The decor is comfortable and lovely. The pool area and spa menu were perfect for a full day break and relaxation.

The SPA at The Alfond Inn is an absolute gem nestled right in the heart of Winter Park! I enjoyed a delicious lunch from The Café, which I ordered poolside and had conveniently delivered. Followed by a massage therapy session with Tammy. WOW…Incredible! She has such gifted and healing hands which melted all my tension away, leaving me so relaxed and rejuvenated. I also spent some extra time enjoying the steam room, sauna, and other amenities which were very clean, well-stocked, and immaculate. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, to my departure, I received the most exceptional, warm, professional, and welcoming service by Dayleann (the Spa Director) and ALL of the staff!! I can’t thank you all enough. If you have a special celebration, a group event, or just need a self- care day (like I did!)
