Costa Coffee Thetford Drive Thru

Nicer laid out newer style Costa. Good seating and a few plug points. Not happy at total lack of vegan savoury food options , which seems to be random accross all Costas, as a brand they have the excellent Bosh range, but seem to be stocked sporadically with stores like Cromer almost in denial they even exist. This is a flippin credible Global Brand, so act like it please Coca Cola

Decent place with a nice atmosphere and air conditioning 👌 however the carpark was absolutely full off litter and really diminished the tone of the place.....

Used the drive thru. Past experience has been good but the last 3 times have bee poor, waiting 10 minutes at the speaker, then a further 10 for my drink at the window. I could see inside the store and It wasn't busy, 1 customer already seated so was a little disappointed

Three stars only because the place was dirty with very noisy coffee machines. The cappuccino was not what I would expect, too. Not sure what coffee was used, but it was not the one to go back for. The tables were dirty and the whole place by behind the counter was messy too. The staff was friendly, though.

Product was good but there was aong wait with only one or two members of staff behund the counter taking orders, making them, getting food and serving the drive thru between just the two of them. No working wifi which is frustrating.

I had really good time with my friends, great coffee and friendly staff. They helped me setting up my Costa app and they got free WiFi. Really pleased with everything, I went on a Sunday morning and there was plenty of parking spaces. Definitely recommend this place!
