We came to celebrate our friend's birthday. For both of us, it was our first Michelin restaurant. It was incredible. An exhilarating journey through flavors and textures, a true experience. We had a five-course menu with non-alcoholic pairings. Each subsequent step was a delightful surprise. We are immensely grateful to Simon for his care and openness, thank you for inviting us into your kitchen and introducing us to your team. Many thanks to Jasper, our waiter. It was a wonderful evening that we will never forget.

Everything was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. The experience took approximately 4 hours. We had a 5 course meal but all in all it felt like 10. Because starter consisted of 3 meals, then we were complimented by Chef with an incredible saffron and zucchini grilled fish. There was a main course afterwards and a 3 step dessert.
We ordered a non-alcoholic pairing which was insane and complemented the food perfectly.
The owner of the restaurant invited us to the kitchen and sang Happy Birthday to me. Thank you Simon for that!

De gehele beleving is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een fijne zitting gehad van ruim 3 uur. De aandacht voor de gast, de verhalen achter gerechten en de gelaagdheid ervan waren echt fantastisch. De wine pairing die we erbij hadden genomen maakte de smaakbeleving helemaal compleet. Ook de extra wijn suggestie die werd gedaan. Het casual interieur voelt als een warm welkom, niks is over the top, behalve het eten. En alle loof en aandacht gaat daarnaartoe en naar de vriendelijke mensen. Bedankt allemaal!
Very unique and good combinations of Scandinavian flavor. We liked a lot of the dishes creativity. Some of them were really special. The modern art on the wall is in my opinion a good choice, it gives a good atmosphere. This dinner was for my partners birthday, it was a nice touch that their congratulations to him was written on the menu card. It would have been nice if the waiters would have mentioned his birthday in person, but that is something to improve;)
It was a wonderful culinary experience. Each dish is carefully thought of, both in culinary and design terms. The service is kind, attentive and friendly.

Coulisse. Helaas zijn de verwachtingen niet waar gemaakt. De gehele avond niet het gevoel gehad dat ik in een sterrenrestaurant at. Sommige gerechten waren te koud en daardoor weinig smaak. Ik kan me vinden in een eerdere review. Mooie opgediende borden maar de smaken vielen tegen. Prijs/ kwaliteit niet in orde. Voor ons dus geen 2e keer Coulisse

What a meal! This 6 course menu (which was closer to 9 with all the little extra bits) was a very exciting experience. There were some ingredients I knew I didn't like but when confronted with them here they tasted delicious and I saw them in a whole new light. The service is very attentive and the cocktails were amazing! Honestly can not thank the team enough for the fantastic night. A heads up though the menu can run almost 3 hours.
