Was a little undercover but they had clear instructions on how to get into the car park once we located it. It was secure and we were happy to leave our car there. The only downside was we were parked on the ground floor and when we came to exit it was very hard for you to turn into with high curbs. If you came from the other levels it was much easier.
Absolute robbing joke. We parked here for an event and it cost us £27 for 4 hours. There is literally an NCP in the middle of birmingham that charges £7 for 7 hours. Wish we had looked beforehand and glad we didnt get our windows smashed in unlike many many others on here 🥴😭
Car got vandalised, and I've noticed car mirrors being smashed from time to time. They have no CCTV cameras on each floor. Find somewhere safe to park.
