Be careful with this carpark!!!
We paid 4 hours period.
We arrived back on time after 4 hours.
Next week just received a £100 parking charge notice. The letter was showing extra 12 minutes.
This probably was the parking time and purchase the ticket.
The time starts ticking when you entering into carpark and stop when you left. ( not what the ticket showing )

The machine didn't accept the payment easily spend 5 minutes to purchase the ticket.
Newer use again!!!

Robbing Gits! They changed the parking charges in October with no notice or even warning that changes had been made. Paid what I thought was the usual 12 hour parking fee only to get a notice and find that it was now the 4 hour fee! (used to be 4hrs, 12hrs and 24hrs, now 2hrs, 4hrs, 12hrs & 24hrs), with 2hrs now costing the same as 4hrs, 4 the same as 8, 12 the same as 24 and a new higher charge for 24!
Of course when you enter your details in the machine, you see the price and just press OK. If the prices had been much different, it would have prompted a further read of the details, obviously they presumed people wouldn't do this.
Refused my appeal because I had obviously not paid the right amount and have ignored any further complaint communication simply sending further demands.

They send me parking charge notice 100 pounds and I already pay I have receipt!!! I don’t know what to do ?!?somebody maybe can help?
Absolute joke of a company. I would never use their car parks again. £60 fine. Appealed, within my rights, just to have a snotty email back. They're rude and arrogant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They allowed a vehicle to park next to mine (even though there was no actual bay), this trapped me in the space and made it very difficult and time consuming to get out of the space because of this and then they sent me a PCN because the time this took meant I left the car park over the allotted time. Good job they have lots of CCTV…I just hope they don’t claim that the CCTV doesn’t exist, because then that would mean that they’d need to update all the info on their website about how safe and secure their car parks are!
