We were very upset about this tour. At first everything was fine, and then it all started... We were unable to return to Istanbul. They stupidly left us at the train station in Gorem, did not explain anything, did not give us tickets, as in other travel agencies, did not show how everything was. Although we bought all the vouchers from them (balloon, guide, Turkish night)..!!! We had to find out everything ourselves, in the end we found the bus ourselves and wanted to get on it, but they wouldn't let us in. The agency works with the Nevsehir bus, the Nevsehir employees wanted to deceive us because we were from another country, although we told them that everything was paid for... As a result, both countries did not want to take responsibility!!! I don't talk about the travel agency at all, they stupidly left us at the train station, didn't want to solve anything, blamed only us! Although they had to compensate for everything somehow or they would have to return the money! I do not recommend this company to anyone! Don't repeat our mistakes!!!
