They are open for brunch!🥹 We were so happy that we were able to avail the 1 peso brewed coffee, it was strong, aromatic just the way I like it. The meat was tender, juicy, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Tomato soup and shrimp pasta were equally as good. Service was impeccable and the ambience inviting and comfortable. Overall, the dining experience was very good.

Отличный, небольшой ресторан с очень вкусной едой, что не типично для Филиппин. Мы заказывали smoke stake и он реально был приготовлен на дыму, толченая картошка была реально сделана из картошки, а не из порошка. Обслуживание и приготовление немного долгое, но это того стоит

During my recent visit to Seared in Mabolo, I had the pleasure of trying their steak cooked in two styles: the Grandfather and the Smoked. Both styles were exceptional, with the steak being tender, juicy, and literally melting in your mouth. The highlight of the meal, however, was the Callos. Its taste was truly awesome and left a lasting impression.

We also sampled the Chicken Alfredo, which was good but could have been perfect with a side of bread. The ambiance at Seared is cozy, despite the small space. The lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Special mention goes to the waitstaff, who were attentive and proactive in offering us promotions we weren’t aware of. Their excellent service definitely enhanced our dining experience.

Overall, I would rate Seared an 8/10. It’s a place worth visiting for its delicious food and great service.

HIGHLY SUGGESTED if you are looking for a place to dine with good food, not very expensive prices, good staff and very warm and calm atmosphere. We had dinner with my friends last night in Seared and we actually liked it there, we were so happy to avail the Buy 1 Take 1 Chops meal because it was really worth it. Shout out also to the very friendly staff in the restaurant, we even had the time to joke about each other after we had our meal. You’ll love it there 💯

Very tastefully decorated and clean restaurant.
Although the waiter was very attentive, he served my main course before I had even half finished half of my very hot, and far too salty, large bowl of Mushroom soup starter.
The main course New York steak lacked taste and was very thin. Fortunately I had over half a bowl of still hot soup to finish to help fill me up. I was planning on bringing my wife here for Valentines, but based on this experience I went elsewhere.
