Arbor At Locust Manor

I discovered the first floor door was open when I got home from work today. When I got off work last night (8.7.24), this door was also open. The residents of this building are not secure from this. There are parcels on the floor and individuals hanging out in the corridor. Anyone is free to enter and steal anything they want. There doesn't seem to be any security watching to make sure people aren't loitering in the building where they don't reside. Unbelievable
