I went during lunch and I was greatly surprised by their menu of 5 sequences. Every dish was perfect and the quality and mix of flavors is something I never experienced before. Their cod, salsify (first time I tried it) and curry might be one of the best dishes I’ve had in my life (and I have been at Michelin restos in other cities, so I know what I am talking about). I also loved the camembert dessert.
From the welcoming to the end, the service was excellent and promptly. The wine pairing was perfect and I tried a particular wine from the region. I was fascinated for the attention to detail, but overall, for the quality of food. Although it is among the “Bib Gourmand” Michelin guide, definitely it has the quality to become a Michelin star. The lunch menu is affordable considering the 5 dishes (60 euros) + petite bouche and definitely would come back again.
