The food is good. I like their bbq items more . The staff is very polite and cooperative. They need to improve the quality of ice creams and shakes.

I recently visited Red Apple Restaurant and had a very unsatisfactory experience. The customer service was poor, starting with the unfriendly behavior of the staff at the menu counter. Additionally, the chefs were not customer-friendly either.

Despite placing my order, I had to wait an excessively long time, and in the end, I received nothing. Moreover, the prices were high, which did not justify the quality of the food or service provided.The overall experience was disappointing, and the lack of customer care was evident.
I would not recommend this restaurant based on my recent visit.

Red apple Chinese food is really good for both quantity wise and taste wise.. I rated 3 because other than Chinese food I guess it's pretty pricey as once we ordered their roll but those rolls quantity was too less as compared to price (350-500) same goes for burgers.

I ordered from their website, but the delivered items always have some issues. The chow mein tasted like absolute grease, as if everything had been fried in it. The noodles were overcooked and overall, it was really, really bad. Upon complaining, they said they would exchange my order but didn't. I didn't receive any exchange order. I messaged them again and got no response. We are paying the same for delivery as we would for dine-in. Their dine-in food is fresh and tastes good while the delivery food is mostly trash dont know why, please ensure that the food delivered is of good quality.

Ghatya tareen items and even more ghatya service. Don't waste your money. They charge a 500 rupees for ice cream shakes, whyy?? Med size cups and terrible cheap taste. On top, service so bad. Took 50 min just to get falooda. Don't go there at all.

Highly NOT recommended. Mega Crispy is smaller than the bakery cupcakes. Failed to deliver on time and up to the mark. Tiny portions. Incomplete order. Countable fries. Mega Crispy must be renamed to Tiny Crispy Burger.
Unethical rider as well.

Best rolls in Karachi i would say.
Their Beef Bihari Mayo Roll amazing as always. They've increased their price 😔
Outlet is very good man, it was cold and we friends were sitting roadside enjoying these delicious beef rolls, was a memorable experience for me.
