Located on the 4th storey of Holiday Inn Atrium. Location is convenient. Just a minute walk from Havelock MRT Exit 5 (Thomson-East Coast Line).
Noteworthy to share, there's no complimentary carpark coupons here. Carpark was about S$6.
From what I see in others' reviews, the menu for Lunch & Dinner is almost the same.
Food selection is large, but also hit or miss.
What I felt was good when I visited on this day:
- Chicken rice
- Satay (Particularly chicken ones)
- Prawns (highly recommended. Fresh!)
- Abalone
- Laksa
- Sayur Lodeh
Staffs were attentive & helpful in clearing the plates. However I noticed place might be a little short staffed. Some live stations will have one chef shuffling between two to three stations (e.g the Chicken rice, Laksa, Sashimi). That didn't produce a positive dining experience as sometimes there was no one there to attend to you at the station.
Next, despite heating elements like the pot or lamps, I felt some dishes were lukewarm/ cold. E.g the otah, and especially the grilled sambal squid (give that a miss. It didn't tasted fresh, it was cold too). After they replace a new batch of it, where you could see steam from the dish, it didn't tasted really hot. And the texture was kinda off.
Beef options were also lacking. Didn't see any.
Vegetables & salad bar was fresh.
The lobster was really small.
Having said that, I think the main star of the show was the seafood on ice. Prawn was perfect. Fresh, succulent, slightly sweet.
Consistency was also a factor. My friend got the ice cream bread DOUBLE the chunk of my ice cream.
Overall, dining experience was still awesome. Good place to unwind after a long week at work with your friends/ colleagues as it's Halal certified.
Pretty value for money this time as there were having a 1-For-1 promotion when you pay with DBS or CitiBank.

It was packed but wasn’t crowded; last order at 2:30PM
Staff are attentive and will frequently change the water pitcher when the water runs out
Overall the food was decently okay but nothing to shout about. Good selection and offerings, the meats was not bad

Buffet spread was decent. The roast meat was AMAZING!!! cooked to perfection (compliments to the Chef) - meat was really tender and juicy...Yummm!
Cold drinks and dessert could be improved though.
The air conditioning was stuffy and not cold, we were sweating the entire time.
Staff were nice, attentive and helpful. While the staff moved fast to clear our empty plates, they slowed down in the midst, which resulted in plates building up on our table and the tables around us.
Overall, we had an enjoyable birthday dinner for our son. Good food, good place to be - relaxed and calm as it was not packed during our visit.

First time trying out the international buffet and I would say there are some hits and misses, but overall still enjoyed the food experience!

Worst food quality. Feel thirsty after eating. Will NOT come back anymore. We ordered beef steak and it’s super duper salty. The French fries is so cold already when served. And the Briyani Butter Chicken has no taste. As if the chicken meat and spices are separated.

This is a delayed review. We came here for the CNY Lunch Buffet.
It featured everything from Laksa, Otah, Grilled Lamb, Vegetables, Noodles, Satay, Chili Crabs, Seafood On Ice, to Sashimi, Roti Prata, Fish Curry, Desserts, Chicken Rice, Roast Duck, Beef Rendang, just to name a few.
Overall, it was a good buffet lunch, but there are a few things I would like to point out.
The Satay should not have been already soaked in the Peanut Sauce at the counter. There could be diners who are allergic to peanuts, or simply do not like peanut sauce. Also, serving them fully dipped in the gravy not only took away the original taste of the meat but also made the meat soggy.
I was particularly impressed by the Ice Machine though. It was not the usual crushed ice that all other buffet restaurants provide. It was SHAVED ICE! Almost similar to Snow Ice. I totally enjoyed that.
The servers at the counters behaved as if everyone owed them a living. They were expressionless and non-responsive. Trying to communicate with them was met with a dead-pan face. They did perform their duties though. Perhaps they think "actions speak louder than words"? LOL
A special shoutout to a waitstaff whose name I did not manage to catch. I think his name is Haiyu. He was very friendly, responsive, and greeted us with CNY messages.

We went for Valentine’s day dinner buffet and it was absolutely fantastic. This was our first buffet experience in Singapore. It was all worth the money. Starting from Variety of seafood, Mutton, Chicken, fish and duck meats are available here. The highlight of the buffet is undoubtedly the seafood(Lobsters, Clams, Mussels, prawns, shells). They also serve famous ice cream slice with wafer/rainbow bread.
We were disappointed at the calamari. It tasted really bad. And secondly, all the foods here are not spicy. The flavors were extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations. Everything is boiled or half cooked.
