I am pleased to announce that UPS has activated our account and we can now start accepting packages.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the drop off site being closed. We transferred ownership of the laundromat and UPS could not transfer the UPS account, but rather had to terminate the previous owner's account and then activate our new one.

I have read the previous reviews and understand the previous issues and concerns. We are working hard to make this the friendliest and most convenient UPS access point for this part of Astoria.

Please stop in and see us, and feel free to bring us your UPS packages. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask for Chris.

(Note: We can only accept UPS packages that have the traditional "barcode" label printed on them. If Amazon gives you a QR code, those must be returned according to the special instructions they provided, such as at a Whole Foods Store or an actual "The UPS Store".)

I would avoid this place for UPS packages and either go to Strand Pharmacy or just trek to the UPS store on Steinway. The lady was pretty aggressive and tried to charge me $3 to leave my package (which is obviously ridiculous) and also did not scan it or give me a receipt. After reading the other reviews I decided to just take it to Strand on Broadway.

The non English speaking lady says, "no more".

UPS drop off not functional yet. New owners said two weeks.

Real bad - they accept UPS, but then make you dig through all the other people’s stuff to find your own and take it.
