From the very first bites, the cuisine reveals an almost perfect mastery. As an amuse-bouche, the pork toasts are fabulous, a true ode to gourmet delight. The main courses continue on this high note, although we did notice a few imperfections: one dish was slightly too salty and the pork needed a bit more cooking time. However, the reimagined pastel de nata stands out as a culinary masterpiece worthy of three stars. To end on a high note, we tasted the arroz doce revisited with cauliflower and a floating cloud, a surprising and bold dessert. The experience remains memorable, enhanced by impeccable and attentive service. This is an address to remember for discerning palates in search of refined gastronomic discoveries.
Wonderful food and amazing service. The chef is a perfectionist who creates every course (even the many 'surprises") carefully so each one delivers its own tantalizing experience. Every lover of food and civility should experience a meal at Alma. This great establishment should be savoured with worthwhile company, don't waste it on the undeserved.
The tasting menu was a fantastic experience paying homage to Portugese flavours along with an excellent wine pairing. It was one of the best meals we had while in Europe and would highly recommend if you’re looking for an elevated meal in Lisbon.
Alma definitely deserves a space in our top dinner experiences.
We ordered both menus (Alma and Costa a Costa) that we were able to share, which was very enjoyable as some other restaurants with set menus prefer that the whole party order the same menu. The food itself was amazing, and the wait staff was great. I would to thank Alma as this will forever be a wonderful memory!

Nice dinner experience. We got the Costa a Costa menu. The seafood is raw or very lightly cooked although the menu doesn’t mention this. The dessert experience was also wonderful. There is another tasting menu plus a la carte items. Delicious.
Celebrated wedding anniversary here and was really excited as this was supposedly TWO Michelin stars. Regrettably, the food was very underwhelming and worst of all, the seafood was smelled and tasted “fishy”. Not a good sign. Wife and I did the two tasting menus and left feeling so dissapointed.
The best meal the wife and I have ever had! The service was impeccable, I think we had about 7 waiters in total, all incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional. We have been to many Michelin starred restaurants, but the tastes, textures and creativity on display at Alma beat them all. We had the coast to coast taster menu which seemed expensive initially for 6 courses at €185 each, but then there were surprise courses galore, I think an extra 5 in total!?
If we had to pick a negative it would be the music which wasn't too our taste, but doesn't detract from the amazing taste and service experience.
