I don't understand why Grand Cinemas have a customer service contact number if they don't answer to the calls. We have been trying to call them several times, and no answer. Luckily, for our last attempt they have answered, it was OK, but then we had to make a second call to know the streaming last dates for few other movies, they have rudely told us that they don't know the answer and that they are not the owners of the grand cinemas. Well that's unjustifiable. In addition, we contacted them previously for the date of one movie, on Instagram, they've told us that "At the moment now showing this whole week", I asked if the date is still unknown, they stated that "For now we said it showing". If you don't know the dates that's fine, you can do some internal investigation and let us know. It's OK to not know, but it's not OK to answer to us this way. Grand Cinemas please make sure to ameliorate your customer support and maybe instruct your customer service representatives on how to talk with a customer. Thank you!
